Currently seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter

We are a Roanoke based Residential/Commercial construction company looking for a Lead Carpenter. The applicant must poses a thorough knowledge of all aspects of residential construction. He also needs to have expericene leading and motiving others to complete tasks correctly and efficiently. Applicant needs to have an understanding of engineering, architectural and other construction drawings and a thorough knowledge of Virginia building regulations. Must be able to complete the following tasks WITHOUT supervision and lead others to do the same:

* Footers & Foundations

* Framing

* Trim Work

* Cabinet Installation

* General Carpentry Tasks

Applicant needs to own some of his own tools.

Applicant must have a valid drivers license and pass background check and drug testing.
